Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days via UPS Ground.

Dispatch: All orders are shipped within three business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 1–5 business days within the U.S.).

Exceptions: Custom or high-volume orders may require 3–5 additional business days for preparation. Customers will be notified promptly if any delays occur.

Free Shipping with Subscription: Customers enrolled in a monthly subscription plan receive complimentary standard shipping on all recurring orders.
